The workshop is in English.\nPlease note: Dinner is not included. \nPrice: DKK 1.995 + administration and ticket fee \nRegistration: Salg – Find your coaching identity – Coach Workshop at Europe Smash in Malmö \nAbout the Workshop\nDevelop your coaching identity through direct observation of Europe’s most promising young table tennis players and their coaches at the WTT Europe Youth Smash. \nThis workshop provides a unique opportunity to observe high-performance youth table tennis in a competitive environment. Participants will gain insight into how coaches and players operate in an international elite competition setting\, with a particular focus on coaching behaviour\, communication\, routines\, training methods\, and performance culture. \nThe workshop goes beyond simply observing matches. Through structured observation\, guided reflection\, and discussion\, coaches will explore how successful coaches build relationships\, coach during competition\, lead athletes under pressure\, and manage the demands of high-level performance. At the same time\, participants will be challenged to reflect on their own coaching identity.
